Found! The Comfortable, Classic (and Sustainable) Pants That Go With Everything

We’ve both been leaning into a capsule wardrobe of sorts over the last year: classic pieces that go well with anything, but most importantly, are comfortable, too. Fast forward a few weeks and now I will pretty much be living in these for the rest of the year, thank you very much.

I love how laid-back and natural the pants look (and feel). They have a timeless quality about them that says they aren’t trying hard to be anything more than they are. If the last year has taught me anything, it’s that I truly value being and to move around and feel comfortable in the clothes I’m wearing; i.e. if I can’t simultaneously play with the kids, work, and go about the day’s tasks in the pants I have on, I’m not wearing them (no matter how good they look). It’s just the way it is now!

I went with the Mineral Black Comfort Knit Smart 360 Knit™ pants in the Jean Cut style and PJ went with the color “True Chino”, also in the Jean Cut style. I’ve been really into an all black or white wardrobe lately and y’all, it’s been making getting dressed in the mornings (because, you know, we actually do that now) a breeze. There’s something so freeing about opening the door to your closet and not overthinking it. And honestly, just seeing that everything you have will go well together is an instantly comforting feeling.

I feel like we’re all looking for just the right black pants, and the fit and fabric of these makes them my current favorites. Nothing beats throwing on some black pants, a black or white t-shirt, a pair of sandals, and calling it a day. It’s a classic look that neither of us will ever get tired of wearing.

And I already mentioned how comfortable they are, right? I did? Okay, good. Just checking :).

They’re comfortable and consistent and easy, and right now, we need all the easy we can get.
