Happy Friday Night! What’s For Dinner?

Happy Friday! Any plans for tonight?

We’ve been watching Lost in Space on Netflix with the kids as a special weekend treat and they’re loving it. It’s a great show to watch with the family because it’s the perfect mix of thrilling and fun and it’s, so far, pretty age appropriate for everyone. Highly recommend!!

As for dinner, I’m thinking of making some kind of easy chicken tacos. It’s Friday night and I don’t feel like making too much of a mess in the kitchen, so something easy like soft shell tacos sounds just right.
