The Most Delicious (and Addicting) Bacon Cheese Dip Ever

The Most Delicious (and Addicting) Bacon Cheese Dip Ever

When I tell you this is the most addicting, incredible dip in the entire world, I’m not over exaggerating. I posted a similar recipe at the end of last year, but after posting about it again on Instagram through our partnership with Instacart, we thought it would be fun to share an updated one on the blog.

A fair warning, though: This dip is extremely good and extremely addicting. You won’t be able to have just one bite. You will keep coming back for more. The combination of the sweet and spicy glaze mixed with the bite of the green onion will completely take over your tastebuds. You have been warned! It’s the perfect thing to bring to a get together or just to snack on at home when people come over.

Here’s what you’re going to need…

Ingredients:

  • 10 strips of bacon

  • 2 green onions

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup mayonaise

  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)

  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers

  • 1/2 cup Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour a little olive oil on a baking sheet and place the 10 strips of bacon on the sheet. Place the sheet in the oven for about 20 minutes or until bacon is cooked all the way through.

  2. Chop 2 green onions into small, thin pieces

  3. Add 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese to a large bowl, and then add 1/2 cup mayonnaise, green onions, and 8 oz of cream cheese at room temperature to the bowl and mix everything together.

  4. Scoop mixture into an 8x8 glass dish and top with 1/2 cup of crushed Ritz crackers.

  5. Take the bacon out of the oven and place the dip in for about 15 minutes.

  6. While the dip is baking, chop of the bacon into bacon bit sized pieces.

  7. Once the dip is finished baking, place the bacon bits on top and then add 1/2 cup of Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze on top of that and place back in the oven on high broil for another 2 minutes or until bacon is cooked and sizzling.

  8. Enjoy.

Hope you love this dip as much as our family does!
