An Afternoon at the Park
Keep: The kids were restless yesterday, bouncing off the walls and running around the house, so after we got our work done and picked up the house, we walked down to the park to let them get all their energy out. One of the biggest perks of living where we do is that we’re close to parks, making it easy for us to take a quick stroll to go play. So that’s just what we did. The weather wasn’t sweltering and they even made some new friends. A perfect way to spend a Saturday, if you ask me.
Also, looking at these photos, they all look SO OLD don’t they? Allan looks 14 with his long arms and legs! Craziness.
Delete: The washer and dryer for Holiday House was supposed to be delivered to the farm yesterday, but we were woken up early with a phone call saying the washing machine had been damaged in delivery and they wouldn’t be able to get a new one out until Monday, so we didn’t get to stay out there this weekend like we wanted to. It’s always something, isn’t it?
