It’s a question we get time and time again, so let’s finally explore it today.
Welcome to the blog. Here you’ll find daily dispatches and all the musings of our family’s adventures in our small town as we raise our kids, fix up our farm, and renovate houses, all through the lens of Keep & Delete, where we share the best (Keep) and worst (Delete) part of every day. Thanks for stopping by! We’re so glad you’re here.
All in Marriage
It’s a question we get time and time again, so let’s finally explore it today.
Every year on January 1st, like clockwork, we make our New Year’s Resolutions. Do you do the same?
This weekend, for the first time in a long time, we tried something new, and actually really, really liked it.
A couple of months ago, we talked about changing last names after getting married, and we even made a YouTube video about it. Today, I’m (Thomas) going to discuss why I took PJ’s last name in detail, and why I never gave it a second thought.
When we first got together, we quickly bonded over our shared love of fall. It helped that we got together in August, right before the season began, but we also bonded over our love of something else, and it’s something we look forward to every year.
Hi, Thomas here today.
PJ said something to me the other day that really resonated with me and, like most things in life, it was completely unintentional in the effect it had on me. Don’t you love when that happens, though?
We’ve all been there. You meet someone, they’re all you can think about, and you want to spend every waking minute with them. When you’re first starting out, this is how it usually goes. But what happens when you’ve been together for a while and the initial sparks eventually wear off?
We've all heard the old saying: "Don't ever go to bed angry." By now, we all know not to do that if we can help it. But is it always the best way to handle things?
We often post pictures of ourselves holding hands in public places, walking down streets smiling, with a bunch of people around who could seemingly care less. However, that's not always the case when we're at home…
When we first got together, we used to write each other notes all the time.
We read an article on Well+Good the other day and it really made a lot of sense to us…
Every now and then we get a question about our wedding rings and why we chose what we did. Well, today we're talking the who, what, and why, so pull up a chair and get comfy.
