The Most Delicious, Delectable Chocolate Cake of All Time (Seriously)
PJ isn’t big into cakes or sweets, but every year on his birthday, he asks for the same chocolate cake…
He asks for Hershey’s “Perfectly Chocolate” Chocolate Cake. Have you ever had it? It’s without a doubt the most delicious, moist, yummy chocolate cake in existence and everyone that tries it shares the same sentiments. PJ always says it reminds him of the cake from this scene in the movie “Matilda” (remember that scene?!) in the look and (probably) taste of it. It also reminds him of a homemade chocolate cake his grandma used to make when he was little. How sweet is that?
The best thing about this cake is the recipe is on the back of the container of Hershey’s Cocoa Mix and you most likely already have all the ingredients in your pantry. Another bonus: if you follow the recipe exactly as it’s written, you can’t fail no matter what. It’s incredibly easy and fool-proof, even if you’re not the best baker (anyone else? show of hands!).
Check out the full recipe below, taken right from the back of the container:
