How to Make the Viral Cinnamon Rolls with Heavy Whipping Cream
/Why am I 32 years old and just now finding out about this cinnamon roll hack?
In our house, the holidays mean cinny rolls for breakfast. On Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day, we always have some sort of cinnamon roll or pull apart bread and it just always feel extra special. What can I say? I have a sweet tooth and they always satisfy it!
So when I saw this viral heavy cinnamon roll whipping cream hack on Instagram, I was immediately sold. I kind of put my own spin on it, and there are probably thousands of different recipes with little changes here and there, but the below should be just right for you. They’re rich, melt in your mouth, and instantly make store-bought cinnamon rolls more gourmet.
They’re so easy to make, and everyone loved them. I’ve made this twice in the last week. Here’s what you’re going to need:
Ingredients
2 cans Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ stick salted butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbs cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the cinnamon rolls in the baking dish and then pour the whipping cream on top of them.
In a bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar until combined.
Sprinkle this mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
Place a slice of butter on top of each roll and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Use the frosting that came with the cinnamon rolls to frost the cinnamon rolls.
Serve warm.
Hope you enjoy!!!
