Paradise Found

Keep: And finally, after having some pretty bad luck with weather at the beach this week, the sun came out all morning an afternoon and never once wavered, providing us with enough sunshine to make playing and relaxing in the water absolutely perfect. This weather, this beach, and this little cottage of ours, is the exact reason we bought a place down here. PJ played with the kids in the water while I got closer and closer to finishing my book. It was a perfect day spent at the beach, and right now, I couldn’t ask for much more than that.

Delete: You know when you pass a restaurant a hundred times and wonder if it’s going to be good or not? We have one like that here and we’ve driven by it every day for years, always meaning to try it, so tonight we finally did and…it wasn’t great. We won’t be going back, which is such a bummer because it’s only a mile from our shack. At least we know now!
