The First Day of School
Keep: After 2 short months, summer vacation is officially over and school is back in session! Today we started 4th, 2nd, and 1st grade, and we even have two teachers this year that TWO of our kids have already had in the past! So to do the math, this will be the third year in a row that we’ve had two of their teachers, which is wild and fun and makes the transition into a new grade that much easier. School drop off and pick up was a breeze. Our kids were so excited to go back to school. Thankfully they’re all at the ages where school is still fun and something they look forward to, especially with their school supplies and new backpacks. We’re excited, too! We both got so much work accomplished today and getting back on a schedule feels so good after two months of not having one. Our family thrives on a routine, and it’s back. Here’s to the new school year!!!
